Isekai Cheat Magician
Sometimes average is good. Sometimes average is bad. Isekai Cheat Magician is average and bad.

The world of anime must never lose the kind of beauty embodied in shows like Kyousou Giga.
This show knows what it is and doesn’t give a hoot whether you like it or not! But I do like it.
Vermeil in Gold is a nice little anime about a 600-year old demoness who falls in love with a freshman high school boy, whereupon she proceeds to suck his face—and everything else—off as often as possible all while they learn about each other and the child gets stronger and they fight cliche bad guys, and, and, and….
It’s official: RWBY is anime.
I was fully prepared to detest this anime. The premise is ridiculous. I ended up enjoying it. While it’s not the best rom-com ever made, it’s a very sweet experience overall.
There is only one great thing about this anime, and the rest is very ordinary. But that one thing is so exceptional I must say I haven’t seen anything quite like it ever before.
If an anime is pure fun, I’m happy. If an anime is pure fun and tugs at your heart a little, I’m even happier. If an anime is pure fun and tugs at your heart a little bit and kinda starts to make you feel a little crazy, I’m even happier still. And what’s more, I know I’m in unique […]

Overlord is the second kind, where the MC is so overwhelmingly powerful that they have zero chance of losing a single conflict. And it’s so much rip-roaring, rocking fun! Through four seasons […]
The world of Japanese anime once again edges just a little closer to the world of American industrial entertainment. And I’m beginning to worry about it.
Sabikui Bisco is one of those wild shounen anime that brings back fun memories of a bygone era in the world of anime. And I really like it. Hang on a second while I crank up my giant crab, and we’ll get started.
Sometimes the beauty of anime surpasses any limits I imagined possible. But one thing is certain: I will never cease to be amazed when those limits are broken anew.
